My frustration in the debt-ceiling debate was not with Republicans; we all know Republican politicians have been bought and paid for by billionaires. We also can see clearly their constituents foolishly think a few crumbs will fall to those loyal to the aristocracy. These same attitudes led to the rise of the Nazi party in Germany.
The disgusting thing in all of this was that the Democrats, who were elected to bring about justice, just rolled onto their backs and urinated not only on themselves but on all of us working people.
I am a lifelong Democrat and have campaigned extensively over the years. Never again! Consider this a job application for a legitimate third party, should one arise. I am retired, so I have oodles of time and a strong desire to work for justice.
