With all the time and effort spent on the 300-foot rule and rental properties, is there something that can be done to slow the growth of group homes and long-term care properties in traditional family neighborhoods? For some reason it seems to be an overlooked issue, even though it has the same impacts as the 300-foot rule on neighboring property owners.
