Reader's View: Federal workers need a Russian bailout

Perhaps the federal employees laid off and not receiving paychecks during the government shutdown should contact the White House and ask President Donald Trump for the name of his bank contact in Russia who arranges loans when he's facing bankruptcy.

Perhaps the federal employees laid off and not receiving paychecks during the government shutdown should contact the White House and ask President Donald Trump for the name of his bank contact in Russia who arranges loans when he's facing bankruptcy. I am sure the Russians would be happy to bail out anyone who is a friend of Trump's!
