Many of us find it easy to complain but difficult to compliment.
In response to the Aug. 1 letter complaining about local post office employees ( Reader's View: "USPS customer service lacking in Duluth" ), I would like to compliment these same employees. In particular, Lynn, Jason, Georgine, Elaina and Kurt. Their customer service has been excellent, and their friendliness is always appreciated. My apologies to anyone I may have forgotten or any names I misspelled.
Keep up the good work, U.S. Postal Service staff.
