The new Duluth Entertainment Convention Center arena will be a long-overdue addition!
I enjoy going to the DECC for events, but it's very hard for me unless the seats are on the main level. I wear leg braces, and stairs are tough unless there are railings.
My question is: Are there going to be railings on the stairs like the stairs at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul? I sure hope it was considered in the plans.
