As a local trial lawyer for 37 years, I know Mike Cuzzo to be one of the finest and most capable lawyers I have ever dealt with.
For example, Cuzzo successfully represented the family of one of my partners in a workers compensation dependency claim against my law firm. He served several of our attorneys as a trustee in wrongful death matters.
My own clients have been impressed by Cuzzo's ability to mediate their cases successfully. I appeared before him when he served as an arbitrator. An arbitrator cannot make both sides of the dispute happy (someone loses), but Cuzzo's thoughtful decisions clearly outline for the losing party the factual and legal basis for his ruling.
