Our community showed spirit and compassion Thursday, April 26 in wake of the Husky Energy refinery fire. Countless people opened their homes to family and friends. The Duluth Entertainment Convention Center, Four Corners Elementary School, and others also opened to evacuees.
One of the places that opened its doors, making my heart melt, was a small church with a huge heart, Anchor Point Community Church in Duluth. It really showed what it means to take care of your neighbors.
