People have lost their right to collectively bargain in Wisconsin for future contracts. From what I understand public-sector employees agreed to contribute to health and pension plans but were stripped of their rights in the process. That is union-busting, nothing more, nothing less. Private-sector unions were promised more highway and bridge work during a 2010 campaign but were later told those promises were no longer in the budget.

Tom Barrett and Mahlon Mitchell have committed to job creation, education and collectively bargaining for workers. They have stayed in Wisconsin and asked for grass-roots campaigning with our help. The middle class is the backbone of our state in the work force. Our teachers have our children's future in their hands. And if it wasn't for the unions collectively bargaining for wages and benefits we could very easily match the minimum wage of laws for our average wage. This would mean less money leading to less spending which leads to less state revenue and essentially higher taxes and fewer services.

Please vote for Tom Barrett and Mahlon Mitchell on Tuesday and reclaim Wisconsin for the hard-working middle-class people.
