Argument based on God's law cuts both ways

As a Christian, I was in full agreement with the Oct. 3 letter, "Obama's stand on abortion against God's law."

It seems impossible to misconstrue "thou shalt not kill." And as the letter writer pointed out, in our society those who abet crimes are just as guilty as those who commit them.

Since Sen. John McCain supports wars that have killed hundreds of thousands of people since their inception, I cannot lend my political support to him. I would expect that if I voted for McCain and died without true repentance, I would deservedly go straight to hell.

Apparently, neither candidate is deserving of votes.
