An important date in Wisconsin is Tuesday, April 2. Do not sit this Election Day out.
In addition to a statewide Supreme Court race, there are many school board, town supervisor, and other local elections that deserve your attention.
Your vote is your voice. Make sure you say something for your children's and community's future.
Need information about what is on your ballot? When early voting starts for you? Are you registered? Confused about proper voter identification? Contact your local town or city clerk. Or check out the website for the Wisconsin Elections Commission at elections.wi.gov/.
It is your future.

Women have been allowed to vote only since 1920. In 1924, Native Americans were granted the legal right to vote, but did all communities allow it? Not until 1965! Poll taxes were not prohibited until 1964. Eighteen-year-olds got the right to vote in 1971.
So, will you vote in the election on April 2? Or do you prefer giving up your suffrage, for which so many died? I hope you get to the polls.
