Letters to the editor have been flooding the inbox of the News Tribune's Opinion page. And, frankly, we haven't been doing a good enough job finding space to publish the letters in a timely way.

A bit of extra space is being dedicated today to letters -- and will be dedicated again as the need arises.

Your opinions are valuable. The community dialogue that takes place on this page every day via letters, commentaries, editorials, editorial cartoons and other items is also valuable. Priceless, even.

So keep those letters coming. Submission guidelines are published every day at the bottom of the page, right next to Doonesbury. Follow the rules. Express your opinions. Our community is stronger when you do.
