I think some discussion should take place regarding postponing the Duluth plastic bag ordinance until after the coronavirus epidemic is behind us. I believe the risk of spreading the virus is much higher if people are using reusable bags that could very well be contaminated. These bags will no doubt be sitting in shopping carts as well as on checkout counters.
