Reader's View: U of M, UMD doing fine financially

For your information: the University of Minnesota has an endowment of over $3.7 billion, and the University of Minnesota Duluth’s endowment is $161 million. So when the universities talk about tuition increases and budget cutbacks, keep in mind they aren’t in too bad of a shape.
