I read the hissy fit Duluth Mayor Emily Larson laid on the president (“ DFL, union officials blast Pence visit ,” Aug. 29). I would have thought that a newspaper had a fact-checker. Check how much the city of Duluth has gotten in federal money in the last three-plus years.
What Mayor Larson showed was hate, pure hate. You can see the Trump haters are pulling out all the stops. Watch, as anything will go. Nothing will be absurd. If you don’t believe it, take a look at the fake news. They cannot fathom the prospect of four more years of President Donald Trump. The level of hate is beyond me.
