Reader's View: Stauber doing what he was elected to do

He is working hard for our community and the Iron Range.

Having read several letters to the editor in the News Tribune criticizing Rep. Pete Stauber, my response is that he is doing the job we elected him to do. He is working hard for our community and the Iron Range.

As for standing by President Donald Trump, that is another thing we elected him to do.

I think critics of Stauber should be focusing on President Joe Biden and what he is doing, resulting in the loss of jobs. What will those of you who voted for him say when you're paying $4 a gallon for gas and higher taxes and being overrun by illegal immigrants, not knowing if they have COVID-19 or not?

I could go on and on, but you all get the future picture. It seems Trump is gone, a new target is needed, and it's Stauber.

We will consider exclusive Local View columns of 600 words or fewer. Authors should possess unique insights, and their commentaries should demonstrate greater knowledge of their subject than letters.
