Reader's View: Pregnant women in Duluth need help, support

In Duluth, abortion medication and procedures are used to kill about 460 children each year.

On June 15, 1920, a lynch mob broke into the Duluth City Jail. Three inmates, very likely innocent men, were beaten, stripped, dragged, and hung dead from a lamppost at the corner of First Street and Second Avenue East.

In Duluth, abortion medication and procedures are used to kill about 460 children each year. So what? So what if it was you — innocent and killed in the name of justice?

Martin Luther King Jr. said: “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.”

In Duluth, pregnant women need help and support.
