Reader's View: Mondale served with great distinction

He was a true public servant who will be missed.

I was very sad to hear of the passing of former Vice President Walter Mondale (Our View: “ Mondale's imprint as lasting as the Duluth highway bearing his name ,” April 21).

Mondale served his country with great distinction and was passionate about his causes. He was a true public servant who will be missed. My prayers are with his family and friends.
