Just think how beneficial it would be if the world spent two months with the energy and money being used to address this pandemic directed toward environmental issues. Think of all the trillions and trillions of dollars that would be made available to help clean up what has already been done to the detriment of the Earth. Think of all the focused government action and involvement that would be directed at stopping all the destruction of the environment that is taking place currently just as we are focused now on the pandemic.
I would love to see people worldwide gathered together (six feet apart) to show the similarity by holding signs stating, "Coronavirus is real; we need to act with the same urgency to save our environment."
