The Duluth School Board has trouble to do with Historic Old Central, as the News Tribune reported on Nov. 21 (“Future of Historic Old Central is still up in the air”). It needs repairs totaling $45 million-plus.

Board members can look out their back doors at the top of the Duluth hillside. Let’s not waste time; let’s move into the closed Central High School building there and sell the Historic Old Central building downtown to a developer and get this problem over with.

Or shall we discuss this for a year or two?
