Letter to the Editor: Is it possible to be an expert on the Affordable Care Act?

It must be a complicated 2,600 pages to have an "expert" explain it to us non-experts. To me, a non-expert, it sounds like a commercial for the Affordable Care Act. All good and no bad. I know I sound like an idiot, but who pays and how? For example, birth control is covered. Who pays? The act says all medical procedures are covered. Isn't abortion a medical procedure?

It was interesting that this "expert" couldn't or wouldn't explain "insurance exchanges." I would think (and here I sound like an idiot again) that anything mandated by the federal government should have an explanation by the "expert."
