The News Tribune and Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce are co-sponsoring candidate forums Friday featuring Duluth City Council and Duluth School Board races. Election Day is Nov. 7. The forums are free and open to the public at the Underground Theatre in the Depot, 506 W. Michigan St.
