DULUTH, Minn. - Thomas R. Moyer, 76, Aurora, Minn., died Monday, Dec. 27, in Essentia Health St. Mary’s Medical Center from a battle with cancer and congestive heart failure.

A celebration of life will be in the summer at his cabin in Whiteface, Minn.
