Rick L. Hegg, 68 of Duluth, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2020, in his home. He was born in Duluth, on July 1, 1951 to Lenard and Joyce Hegg.

Rick was a hardworking man of God, that would help anyone that he could. He enjoyed, serving the church, and took pride in his work. He also loved watching movies with his grandkids, but most importantly spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and son, Michael.

Rick is survived by, loving wife, Joyce; children, Shaun (Tessa) Hegg, Nicole (Patrick) Houle, Adrienne Hegg; grandchildren, Tyler Hegg, Cheyanna Heinecke, Courtney Hegg, Ethan Eaves, Ava Houle, Aryona Houle, Zeke Houle, Keely Young, Alexandria Hegg, Destiny Hegg, and Christopher, and AJ; great-grandchild, Lenora; siblings, Arnold “Sunny” (Robin), Cynthia (Ken) Minich, and Darlene (Jeff) Sandefur; and other family and friends.

Funeral service will be 11AM, Tuesday, June 9, 2020 with rotating visitation (To adhere by MDH Guidelines) two-hours prior in the Salem Covenant Church, 339 N 59th Ave W, Duluth, MN 55807.
