The family of Patrick John Pohl announces with great sadness and sorrow the passing of Patrick. He was born June 12, 1970. He passed away in Massillon, Ohio on November 19, 2020. He was 50 and passed away from a short and painful incurable cancer. He graduated from Denfeld High School in 1988 and graduated from UMD Duluth in 1993. He was a past member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church. He was extremely successful in the business world. He was a Senior Business Analysts and Senior Consultant in Research and Development. He had just started a new job in this field a few weeks before he passed away. Although he moved to Ohio, he still was a big fan of the Minnesota Twins. Baseball was always his sport. He was an outstanding golfer and loved whenever he could travel, which was often. He played the guitar and had a band for several years. He still wrote music and played his guitars, of which he had many. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marvin and Lucille Pohl, Reuben Johnson and Charlotte Andros, and step grandpa Clarence Andros. He is survived by his wife, Deanna and 15 month old son, Nolan Patrick Pohl; his father and mother, Jim and Lynn Pohl; brothers, Timothy (Phyllis) Pohl and their 5 children, Steven Pohl and his 2 daughters, all of Duluth. There will be a celebration of his live, for our Patrick at a later date, because of Covid.

May the love of God and the peace of the Lord Jesus Christ bless and console us and gently wipe every tear from our eyes. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Let perpetual light shine upon him, and rest in peace Patrick.
