Patricia “Pat” Ann Nordin

Pat Nordin of Duluth found peace on January 2 after an extended struggle with Covid. Her husband and daughter were by her side and her son was in her heart. Pat, age 69, was born and raised in St. Paul, and will be remembered as warm, friendly and generous to everyone she met. Pat enjoyed sewing, baking and gardening, and her grandson will remember her as the world’s best cook. She loved her family near and far, her two dogs, and most of all, her husband of 42 years. Pat is survived by her husband Harold; children Kim and Greg; grandson Stone Schul; mother Delores Horkey; sister Karen Jeanetta; and brothers Jim and Don Horkey. Pat was preceded in death by her father Frank Horkey and nephew Russ Horkey. The family extends its gratitude to the staff at Essentia for its care and compassion.
