DULUTH, Minn. - Joseph J. Meese, 71, Duluth, Minn., died Friday, March 17, in St. Luke’s Hospital.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday, April 14, at Dougherty Funeral Home in Duluth. Memorials are preferred to Animal Allies, DSSO or Gary-New Duluth Alliance.
