DULUTH, Minn. - Francisco Lugardo Jr., 49, Duluth, Minn., died Friday, Aug. 19, in St. Luke’s Hospital.
Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m., followed by a funeral at 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 9, at First Memorial Funeral Chapel in Duluth.
