KELSEY, Minn. - Charles R. Young, 73, Kelsey, Minn., died Saturday, March 18, in his home.

A celebration of life will be from 2-5 p.m., with military honors at 2:30 p.m. and words of remembrance at 2:45 p.m., Sunday, April 23, at Cotton (Minn.) Community Center. Military Honors will be provided by VFW 3044.
