Nancy A. Davidson

Nancy A. Davidson, 88, of Duluth, passed away peacefully on Monday February 22, 2021. She was born in Duluth to James and Genevieve Higgins on September 18, 1932. Nancy graduated from Duluth Cathedral High School. She had volunteered doing library work for a Christian school, was a member of Lakeview Covenant Church, she taught Sunday school and religious education classes at church. Nancy enjoyed playing the violin, singing in the church choir, camping, winters spent in Texas, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and she loved to send greeting cards to many for all occasions.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Patricia Marlenga Sr., Sister Mary Rae Higgins OSB, Sister Barbara Higgins OSB, Susan Krier and Irene Williams, brothers Donald, James, Butch, and Roy.

Nancy is survived by her husband Charles, children Barbara (James) Kaneski, Debra (Scott) Ludford, Patti (Andy) Peterson, Thomas (Kim) Davidson, Beth (James) Freund, Becca (Henry) Driemen and Kathy Davidson, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sister Bonnie (Mike) Tweedy, brother Wayne (Carol) Higgins, and her sister-in-law Diane (Phil) Yeager.

Visitation will be held on Saturday February 27, 2021 from 10AM until the 11AM Funeral Service in Lakeview Covenant Church. 1001 Jean Duluth Rd. Duluth, MN 55804. Burial will be in Park Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Williams-Lobermeier-Boettcher Funeral Home. 3208 W. 3rd St. Duluth, MN 55806. 218-624-1059.
