WASHBURN, Wis. - Kathleen ‘Kay’ Maki, 84, Superior, Wis., died Monday, Dec. 21, in Northern Lights from natural causes.

A private family service will be held at Downs Funeral Home in Superior, Wis. Burial will be in Iron River Cemetery.
