Jonathan Raymond Williams
Jonathan Raymond Williams, 30, of Culver passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 from a tragic automobile accident on his way to work. He was born in Duluth on April 24, 1990 to Donald and Carol Williams. John met the love of his life Anastasia, they started dating August 1, 2008. Their loved continued to blossom and on August 6th, 2016 they were wed. John and Anastasia had two sweet daughters, Hailey, age 6 and Sophia, age 1.
John was caring, loving, selfless, humble, authentic, thrifty, and devoted to his family. He was an amazing father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He found the most enjoyment in life teaching his children and nieces and nephews life lessons. John had a special connection with the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting, spending time with family, turning scrap into treasures, carpentry, and helping friends, and family. John enjoyed lending a helping hand to anyone that needed help, even strangers, and always had a smile on his face while helping others.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald John Williams, his grandparents, and uncles.
John is survived by his wife, Anastasia Williams; children, Hailey and Sophia Williams; his mother, Carol Williams; sister, Melissa (Jason) Delamartre; brothers, Christopher (Heather) Hoff, Ryan (Lynne) Williams, Michael (Julie) Williams, David Williams, Tim (Betsy) Williams, Tony (Ashley) Williams, and Joe William; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday, February 1, 2021 at St. Rose Catholic Church in Proctor followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at noon. Due to COVID-19 restrictions masks and social distancing are required. Burial will be in Industrial Cemetery. Additionally there is a GoFundMe page titled, “Funeral Fund for Jonathan Raymond Williams”, any donations go directly to John’s wife and children.
