Isabelle V. Lindholm

Isabelle “Izzy” V. Lindholm, 86, passed away Friday, December 25, 2020 at Diamond Willow with her family by her side. She was born on July 7, 1934 in Pouce Coupe, B.C., Canada to Harry and Vivian Beck. Izzy married her high school sweetheart, Robert Lindholm on October 30, 1954 in Fort Francis. They moved to the United States and became a naturalized citizens. Izzy loved family gatherings and spending time at the cabin on Rainy Lake, Fort Frances, Ontario. Her hobbies included, genealogy, collecting dolls, golfing, sewing, singing and especially dancing. Izzy loved to joke around, and she was always dancing and singing. She was a kind, sweet and bubbly person that never lost her personality, even when dealing with dementia.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; brother, Roy Beck.
Survivors include her children, Becky Linnea Lindholm of Florida; Victoria Lindholm of Duluth; Mark (Mary) Lindholm and Lori (Pat) Meisner of Cloquet; grandchildren, Alyse (Joel) LaFontaine, Blythe (Steve) Thomas, Joshua (Jess) Meisner and Sierra (Jake Schwinn) Lindholm; great grandchildren, Lillyana, Calysta, Elle, Brooks, and Hope; siblings, Ray Beck of British Columbia, Mona (Brian) Avis, Ted (Colleen) Beck and Tom (Sherry) Beck all of Fort Frances and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the circumstances of Covid restrictions, a celebration of life will be held in the summer of 2021 at her cabin on Rainy Lake.
