Douglas B. DeLoyd

Douglas B. DeLoyd, age 72, lifelong resident of Duluth, passed away peacefully of natural causes Friday, May 1, 2020, while at St. Luke’s Hospital.

Doug was a 1965 graduate of Duluth Central High School and attended the University of Minnesota, Duluth.

He was a retired carpenter who enjoyed carpentry as a hobby, spending time with family and friends, working on projects, watching NASCAR races and was an avid cribbage player. Doug was a member of the Shriners and had been a Mason since 1993.

Doug is survived by daughters, Karin Rockstad, Anna Corfey, Katelyn Bartlett and Delaney DeLoyd; sons, Paul Rockstad and Anthony Bartlett; grandchildren, Jace Rockstad, Zachary Corfey, Carson Ugrich, Aden Ugrich and Abel Ugrich; sisters, Sandy Popiel and Kay Refling.

A memorial service will be held at a later date, yet to be determined.
