Cheryl Jean (Korsch) Lockwood

Cheryl Jean (Korsch) Lockwood, 70, of Duluth, passed away on Tuesday, May 26 in the wonderful care of St. Croix Hospice and staff at Diamond Willow.

Cheryl was a confident person, graduating from Denfeld, UMD, and Marine Corps Training. Her family travels expressed her love for community, family and God.

Cheryl cared for her now deceased mother, Lola after her father, Raymond’s early death.

She is survived by her wonderful husband, Bruce, married in 1977; and children, Wendy (Chris) Nyberg of Wrenshall, Nadine (Pat) Miller of Cloquet, Anita (Dave) Chirico of Prior Lake, and Joel Lockwood of Maple Grove; as well as grandchildren, Alisha, Colt, Samantha, Benjamin, Belle, and Tyson are forever connected in spirit. Cheryl is also survived by siblings, Craig (Elaine) Korsch of St. Paul, Colleen (Buzz) Swanson of Sturgeon Lake, and Charles (MaryAnne) Korsch of Duluth.

Her worldwide family and friends miss her support and her dedication for God.

A celebration of Cheryl’s life will be held at a later date.

Memorials will support Mission Impact in Guatemala.

Arrangements by Cremation Society of Minnesota, 4100 Grand Ave, in Duluth.
