DULUTH, Minn. - Carter R. Nelson, 81, Hermantown, Minn., died Saturday, Aug. 7, in Essentia Health St. Mary’s Medical Center.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 28, at Downs-LeSage Funeral Home in Superior, Wis. Pastor Victor St. George will officiate. A full obituary will be published at a later date.
