Allen E. Brown

Allen Eric Brown, age 86, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2020 in Savage, Minn., in the company of his wife Lynn and daughter Michele.

An Air Force veteran with a master’s degree from the University of Minnesota, he spent most of his career as Director of the Human Development Center in Duluth. Under his direction, the Center grew from $500,000 to $3.8 million in revenue and expanded to 10 regional locations.

He will be greatly missed by wife Lynn Ervin Brown, daughter Michele Wade (Jim), grandsons Ethan and Ryan, sister Clarice Karkula, and friends and loved ones.

A memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
