Fay Dahlman, 54, of Alborn, died Thursday, March 5, 2015, due to an automobile accident.
Fay was born Oct. 1, 1960, to Stanley and Victoria Schwartz and had been a lifelong resident of the Alborn area.
Fay married Rex Dahlman on July 3, 1980.
Fay attended Alborn Elementary and Albrook High School graduating in 1979. She attended Lake Superior College and worked as a transcriptionist for the Duluth Clinic system for over 20 years. Fay went back to college and attained a RN license and had worked for the Cloquet Memorial Hospital since 2003. Fay was a member of Faith Lutheran Church of Culver.
Fay lived to take care of others and enjoyed spoiling her kids and grandkids endlessly. She had an intense love and pride of her family and made it known to anyone who would listen.
Fay was preceded in death by her father, Stanley; and sister Josephine "Tootie" Schwartz.
She is survived by her husband, Rex; son Ryan (Marissa Thiele); daughters Missy (Kent) Wojtysiak, and Ashley (Tony Williams) Dahlman; mother Victoria; sisters Bert (Chuck) Cieluch, Ceil Sundstrom, Pam (Jim) Beaufeaux; brothers Stanley "Sonny" and Mike (Lisa) Schwartz; grandchildren Makayla, Madison, Logan, Lacey and Zoe; numerous nieces, nephews, friends and co-workers. We all love and miss you.
VISITATION: 5-7 p.m. Monday, March 9, in Nelson Funeral Care in Cloquet. Visitation continues from 10 until the 11 a.m. service Tuesday, March 10, in Faith Lutheran Church of Culver, 5697 Highway 7 (Intersection of Highway 7 & Highway 8). Lunch and fellowship will follow.
