Monday: The active and snowy weather pattern continues today and into the first half of this week. Lake effect snow showers continued to dump snow on the Twin Ports and up the North Shore overnight. The lake effect snow will continue off and on today. Temperatures should top out right around 20 degrees this afternoon with an additional 1-2 inches of snow expected.

Monday night: Snow showers will continue and become more widespread by late evening into Tuesday morning as a larger system approaches from the south. We can expect another 1-2 inches of new snowfall with a low temperature of 14 degrees.

Tuesday: An area of low pressure will slide well to our south and east. This will keep a good chance of snow and some breezy northeast winds in the forecast. Highs will climb to around 22 degrees by the afternoon. Total snowfall from the Twin Ports northward look to be 1-3 inches or less, but areas of northwest Wisconsin could see over 6 inches of snow by Tuesday night.
