In the Northland, 42 new positive cases of COVID-19 were reported Tuesday. There were no deaths in the region for the second day in a row.

Minnesota reported 519 total new cases and 14 COVID-19-related deaths, and Wisconsin reported 481 new cases and 13 deaths.

The Northland is now 46% fully vaccinated, and 202,772 people have at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine. There were 168 new first doses administered, according to data reported Tuesday, and 197 people became fully vaccinated.

Since the Pfizer vaccine became available to children ages 12 to 15 last Thursday, 1,066 Northlanders between ages 12 and 15 have received a first dose.
