Across the 10-county region of the Northland, 331 more people have tested positive for the coronavirus.
St. Louis County reported 168 new infections Monday. The county's seven-day average of new cases is 196 a day.

Statewide in Minnesota, 5,296 more people have tested positive for COVID-19. Completed diagnostic tests are up by 63,573, which brings the state's single-day testing positivity rate — the percentage of tests that come back positive — to 8.33%.
Statewide in Wisconsin, 2,155 more people have tested positive and completed tests are up by 7,906. The state's single-day positivity rate calculated to about 27.26% Monday.
The Minnesota Department of Health reported 21 new deaths statewide and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported 19 more deaths statewide. None of these deaths were Northland residents.
The Minnesota Department of Health's hospital capacity dashboard said as of Sunday, 141 ICU beds were available statewide, 13 of which were in Northeastern Minnesota, and 875 non-ICU beds were available, 125 of which were available in Northeastern Minnesota. As for ventilators, 943 were available statewide, with 62 of those in Northeastern Minnesota.
