Completed diagnostic tests were up by 44,913 in Minnesota. The state's single-day testing positivity rate — the percentage of tests that have come back positive — was 13%.
There were 31 deaths reported statewide in Minnesota; none were Northland residents.
Statewide in Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported 4,280 more infections and completed another 12,761 more tests. The state's single-day positivity rate was 33.5%.
