The Minnesota Department of Health reported one new case of COVID-19 in both St. Louis and Lake counties Monday.
The newly reported cases bring the total to 143 in St. Louis County and five in Lake County.
Of the 308 new cases the state reported, no other cases were reported in Northeastern Minnesota.
The MDH also reported the completion of 8,264 more tests in the last day.
The state also reported that four more Minnesotans with COVID-19 have died; two were residents of long-term care facilities. None of the state's four new deaths reported Monday were in Northeastern Minnesota.

All of them were at least 60 years old. The number of people with COVID-19 who have died in Minnesota is now 1,384.
As of Monday, the number of Minnesotans with COVID-19 in an intensive care unit continued to drop to 156. The number of people with COVID-19 hospitalized outside of an ICU setting also rose to 176.
Of the 33,227 Minnesotans who have tested positive in the last few months, 29,065 of them no longer require isolation.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services on Monday reported 249 new COVID-19 cases and one additional death. None of them were recorded in Northwestern Wisconsin. The state now has 25,068 positive cases and 745 total deaths.
