Miller Hill Mall, the Duluth Airport and much of Duluth Heights will temporarily lose water service overnight tonight.
City utility workers plan to replace a water valve causing an outage between 10 p.m. today and 8 a.m. Sunday.
The affected area is bounded roughly by Haines Road to the west, Arlington Avenue to the east, Central Entrance to the south and Airport Road to the north.
