The ramp connecting Grand Avenue (state Highway 23) to northbound Interstate 35 in West Duluth will be closed for much of the day on Monday.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation said the ramp will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. as crews conduct a routine inspection.
