Officials say a woman was injured Friday at the WSA Hill Cross at Giants Ridge Golf & Ski Resort.
The woman is an event staff member. An accident involving a snowmobile and the woman led to the victim being airlifted to Duluth about 2 p.m. Friday, the St. Louis County Sheriff's Department said.
The identity of the woman was not yet available Friday evening, nor was her medical condition.
