Wisconsin Public Radio will broadcast the state's tribute to Martin Luther King Jr. Monday.
Coverage from the capitol building in Madison begins at noon. The event's keynote speaker will be Gloria J. Ladson-Billings, who specializes in multicultural education, social studies and critical race theory at the University of Wisconsin-Madison's School of Education.
The event will be carried locally by KUWS-FM 91.3. It will also be audio streamed at www.wpr.org .
