Amber Winters and Jose Paniaqua, both of Duluth, plan to be married Feb. 3 in Duluth Congregational Church.
Her parents are Allan Winters Jr. of Duluth and Diane Winters of Superior. His mother is Cynthia Amundson of St. Paul.
The future bride, a 2002 graduate of Superior Senior High School, graduated from Lake Superior College in Duluth in 2005 with an associate degree. She is a department secretary for SMDC Health Systems human resources in Duluth.
The future groom, a 1998 graduate of Johnson High School in St. Paul, graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in exercise science. He is an athletic trainer for SMDC Health System in Duluth.
