Our stretch of below-normal temperatures in the Northland is forecast to continue for at least a few more days.
The Duluth airport reached a high of 49 degrees on Tuesday, 7 degrees below normal for Oct. 7. A similar day is expected today, with highs in the upper 40s under partly sunny skies. Winds may be a bit gusty today, out of the west at 10-20 mph with some higher gusts, the National Weather Service reported.
Expect mostly sunny skies and highs in the upper 40s on Thursday and Friday. Temperatures may climb back to seasonal normals on Saturday.
