The large low responsible for bringing us rain and fog over the past few days will continue its trek eastward. The low will have nearly wrung itself out of moisture during its move. By Thursday, the low will be far enough east to allow much colder air to spill into the region. This will lead to lake-effect snow along the South Shore. This could linger through the weekend.
