Expect a mild day ahead. Winds will stay light and generally out of the west today. A few pop-up showers can't be ruled out, but most of these look to pass by in far northwestern Minnesota. Our warmest day of the forecast will land on Wednesday. Highs will make it to near 90 degrees from Brainerd to Bemidji with a lot of middle and lower 80s for the Northland. The North Shore will be a little cooler, but still mild tomorrow. Watch for showers and thunderstorms late Wednesday night into Thursday.
